Bruce Springsteen and the E Road Band Cancel Newest Tour Date As a result of Sickness

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band Cancel Latest Tour Date Due to Illness

Bruce Springsteen and E Road Band have postponed their second live performance in per week. Earlier at this time (March 11) Springsteen introduced that their March 12 present at Mohegan Solar Enviornment in Uncasville, Connecticut could be postponed “resulting from sickness.” Their March 9 present on the Nationwide Enviornment in Columbus, Ohio, was postponed earlier this week. The band has not disclosed who was sick. Their subsequent scheduled tour date is March 14 at MVP Enviornment in Albany, New York. Pitchfork has reached out to representatives for Springsteen for remark. 

“As a result of sickness, Bruce Springsteen and the E Road Band’s live performance at Mohegan Solar Enviornment on Sunday March 12 has been postponed,” Springsteen wrote on Twitter. “We’re engaged on rescheduling the date so please maintain on to your tickets as they are going to be legitimate for the rescheduled present.” E Road Band guitarist Stevie Van Zandt stated “No must be anxious or afraid. Nothing severe. Only a short-term state of affairs. We are going to all be again in full power very quickly.” 

Guitarists Van Zandt and Nils Lofgren, saxophonist Jake Clemons, and violinist Soozie Tyrell have all missed exhibits on the band’s 2023 tour after contracting COVID-19, although none had been postponed. The band has 15 dates remaining within the U.S. leg of their tour earlier than heading to Europe in late April. Further U.S. dates are scheduled for this Summer time and Fall.
