“Eastsiders” by Photographer Gregory Bojorquez

Within the early to mid 90’s, photographer Gregory Bojorquez was working at a digicam store in Pasadena and spending his free time hanging out with buddies round his hometown, the Eastside of Los Angeles. He began taking movie and artistic writing courses on the Metropolis Faculty, which impressed him to start photographing his each day life. The ensuing collection is an iconic portrait of a selected time and place, considered via the intimate lens of an insider. Since then, “Eastsiders” has been featured in group and solo reveals each nationally and internationally, and was lately revealed as a photobook by Little Huge Man Books. The work is at present on view via October thirty first at These Days, Los Angeles in an exhibition titled “Déjà vu All Over Once more.”
