“I create elaborate site-specific installations which can be equal elements absurd, menacing, and poetic. Sample and tactility confuse and complicate identification, camouflaging recognizable kinds and evoking recognition when utilized to non-objective kinds. The tensions between reality/fiction and dimensionality/flatness are endlessly fascinating to me, enjoying out in my work as a dialogue between actuality and phantasm.”
